It is also suitable for freelancers and practitioners who wish to renew their existing creative business with fresh energy, ideas and entrepreneurial skills.

Based on tested methods from the “Creative Enterprise Toolkit” by the British innovation bodies NESTA and learning from the Cultural Leadership Programme this compact entrepreneurship training will help you turn your creative ideas into a successful business.
Sessions cover key business issues such as business drivers, intellectual property, blueprint and relationship modelling, contracts, marketing and key financial and leadership concepts, which are then will be put into practice in group activities and individual exercises. A high level of group interactivity will create opportunities to share perspectives and experiences as you will develop your business propositions and creative leadership.

Ulrike Müller is a highly experienced creative business consultant and executive coach based in Berlin. Combining more than 20 years of management and consultancy experience in London and Berlin she has developed an extensive client portfolio ranging from creative start-ups to established businesses across the sector. Ulrike holds a degree in music, an MBA from Henley Business School and is a qualified a systemic coach. She is also a certified Action Learning Facilitator and member of the Institute of Leadership and Management in London.
