In this workshop we want to explore processes and mindsets to get a better understanding of creative leadership. Further we want to show new tools and strategies for New Work leadership.
What means leadership in our days? How could I live it? And which tools could help me?
These are questions which are often asked. In this workshop we want to show that there is no recipe but approaches to get closer to an answer. For this we explore processes to get a better understanding of New Work Leadership.
Day 1 Introduction & Inspiration
At Day 1 we want to open a discussion of the Term New Work Leadership by reflecting our own point of view, the reasons why it feels so relevant and for whom it is necessary in these days. Afterwards we want to look for inspiration by visiting companies where we try to find some insights.
Day 2 & 3 New Work Thinking: Tools & Frameworks
For next two days we want to explore different aspects of leadership. Based on the external inspiration we focus now on the internal point of view. For that regular inputs to topics like self organization, agile mindset and roles are given. We present different tools like sociocracy and holocracy and other frameworks and principles. To get a better impression there will be exercises and reflection rounds to share the experience. Afterwards the participants shall plan the first steps to fill out their own role.
Goals
By the end of the workshop the participants should get an understanding what New Work Leadership means for themselves and have first impulses to start the first steps.
Methods
For the workshop there will be inputs to introduce to the different topics. The inputs will be followed by exercises for the participants and reflection rounds.
